Vacuum forming of plastic

The equipment of the plant for the formation of plastic products allows the production of plastic products from sheets of plastic up to 2 meters and a thickness of up to 6 mm. If production requires, it is possible to modernize the machines for working with sheets of both greater thickness and larger size.

We accept in production all raw materials intended for vacuum forming, including:

• Polystyrene (PS, UPP)
• ABS plastic (ABS)
• ABS+PMM and others

Polystyrene is most often used in the formation of advertising products. There are a number of reasons for this use:

• wide palette of colors
• low material cost
• ease of production and post-processing.

Polystyrene is available for molding both already decorated with full-color printing and completely clean.

In industrial production, ABS plastics, a strong, lightweight material with high wear resistance, have become the most widely used. It is used in the production of:

• in instrument building - the body of machines and devices
• in the automotive industry – interior trim, trunks
• in the food industry - cups, plates, boxes

Impact-resistant and wear-resistant products, such as advertising stands, decorative elements of interiors and exteriors, large-sized POS materials are made from composite materials of ABS/PMMA plastic sheets. To ensure product durability and resistance to external influences, such as chips and scratches, strong ABS plastic is covered with a layer of plexiglass, which also adds an aesthetic effect. What can be made from laminated ABS:

• external signs and advertising materials
• advertising stands and racks, both floor and table and wall signs
• elements and details of exteriors and interiors.
